Was anyone else offered a blood test to find out the sex of their baby from the ob? They gave me one last week I just wanted to know how accurate it will be since I was only 11 weeks 6 days then. (Im 12 weeks 6 days now) I'm still waiting on my results they say I have 7-10 business days

I was told 7/10 business days. I called at 10 days cuz I didn't hear anything. They got angry with me. But then called a hour later and told me what happened. But my ob also sucked (needless to say I switched shortly after)
You wonderful mommmies are so helpful!!! 😊 thank you. How long do the results take to come back normally? It's only been 8 days but I keep checking the website every hour 😭

I did the blood work because I'm high risk because of my age and previous miscarriages. I was 13 weeks and it was accurate

I was about that far along, mine came back inconclusive, told me I couldn't do it again for 5/6 weeks. and I figured what's the point, When I'm 20 Weeks I'll have an ultrasound to find out anyways. it's an expensive test as well. My insurance only covered 25% and I have to pay about $800 . which sucks since it was inconclusive

Drop your due dates I'm due April 10th but scheduled for a C-section for April 3rd 61 days left if I make it to 39 weeks currently 30 weeks 2 days

Can you guys show me your ultrasounds from 8 weeks? I will be having my first ultrasound at 8 weeks 4 days and I'm just curious. With my son I had my first ultrasound at 9 weeks 6 days so I know this one might be a bit different.

This test is very accurate but not 100%. It is not a good test for ladies who have a BMI over 35 though, cause it's often inconclusive and a waste of time/money for them.
