I'm havin some contractions that are about 20 minutes apart and lasting 3 minutes. It's been pretty consistent for almost 2 hours. Is this the beginning of labor? My doctor said if I had 6 in an hour to go to L&D but I only had 4 in an hour. I'm 32 weeks with twins.

I got mine check l&d 3days ago, that hurt so bad i was (-3cm)
I got it done at my dr. appt..it didnt hurt, just uncomfy (0cm) but it think what help was he told me to fist both my hand and put it under my butt so my back will arch up.
