A cold or flu can be very serious for a newborn. You can suction her nose and run a hot shower and bring her in the bathroom so she can breathe the steam. That could help soothe her lungs and throat and clear her congestion. And you should call her pediatrician first thing in the morning. I would try a natural approach I use honest company vapor rub on my sons chest each night and bottom of his feet just a dime size amount. Wash the bathroom before baths and keep house at a good temp. Check her temp stay home and let her rest as mush as she can and snuggle her all day long
