Are Braxton Hicks supposed to hurt? my tummy is tightening and it hurts and I'm 31 weeks today

They should be uncomfortable, but i dont think they should hurt. its more your stomach just tightening and getting hard.

i thought they were also braxton hicks..it got hard and so tight fwlt like if when it tightened my belly moved up since it was so tight..turned out i had to stay at the hospital for 2 dahs to stop them they were contractions

i was also 31 weeks

I just took a warm bath and that seemed to help now I'm gonna drink some water just to stay hydrated
