any advice and a routine or any sleeping pattern for my daughter I think she's still young as she will be 4 months on 10th December but I'm getting no sleep at all she sleeps until like 3am and then she be back up at like half 4 half 5 6.45 just all daft times x
i came across an article the other week to give your baby a bottle before she goes to sleep and then give her a dream feed before you go to bed they sed it makes them sleep longer because they wont be hungry.. i dont know if it works or not but worth a try :) x
People: It must be nice now that she is older and sleeping all night
Me up at 2, 4 or 5 in the morning half asleep trying to get her back to sleep 😴. When does she start sleeping all night? When she is 18 yrs old lol 😂

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
How much does your kids sleep around age 3 or 4? I feel like my daughter does not get enough she is up by 630 almost everymoring and its such a fight to get her to bed like 9 930 she refuses to nap. Is this natural?
She even will tell you she can't sleep its hard for her.
So nyla has slept like almost all day yesterday and today and she hasnt been feeding as much and when she does seems like its not to long and she right back to sleep and im afraid my milk supply is going down... What do i do?
Does she have a bedtime routine? At 4 months she should know the difference between night and day thus should sleep through all night waking only for feeds. I use the glow baby app to record my baby's feeds and sleeps etc. From that I realised my LO can only go 1hour to 1 1/2 hours before he's very fussy for another nap. So before bedtime after his last nap at 7/8ish I'll let him play for half an hour then start winding him down, baby massage with oil, bath time, then read a story, turn all the lights off apart from a night light and feed bottle and put to bed. From then on everything you do until morning should be in nighttime mode. Any feedings should be with dim lights, no talking to her at all. If at 4am she wakes and wants to play, you still keep in night mode. Let her play in her crib until she frustrates herself and realises it's night and she's not going to get attention or lights and then maybe rock her (still no talking to her) and feed her and put her back down. It may be a few nights you have to do this but it should work hopefully! My LO sleeps from 9pm to 8am ish. He's not any schedule simply a pattern. His day time naps range from 15 mins to an hour or so. He's nearly 3 months. x
