Putting my daughter to sleep has become such a hard thing to do. She cries as soon as I lay her in her crib and the crying continues for about an hour to two hours. Gosh I wish she would go back to me just laying her in her crib and she would go to sleep all quite and by herself. I have no idea how many more nights I can do the crying for hours on end. I hate it so much and nothing works to make her stop crying. She wants to sleep in bed with me but me and my husband are so against her sleeping in bed with us we co-slept for two months when she was first born and we hated it. She has been doing so good for almost 6 months in her crib and all the sudden she hates it. Only if someone else could do her bedtime routine and deal with the crying during bed time I would love that.

Have you tried swaddling her?

Maybe try getting her something that has lights and plays a lullaby?

She doesn't like it. Hasn't liked being swaddled since she was about a month old. @jboogie

We have a night light in her room and we also leave her door cracked with the hallway light on. We also play her country since it's her favorite but it only works for about 5 minutes then she's back to crying. @imthequeen

no gas and she's not teething that's the first thing I checked. She literally will only stop crying if my husband lays in her crib with her or she's in our bed. But we won't let her sleep in our bed during the night. She's fallen off and we just don't like co-sleeping. @savvylynn1

Bless your heart. My first child was like that and we were also against co sleeping. I thought I was gonna pull all my hair out. She eventually stopped. I'm not sure how long it took. She is almost 17 and my memory doesn't go that far back.

I'm ready to buy ear plugs because I am so tempted every night to just lay her in bed with us and kick her dad to the couch. It's been happening for almost a week now. I hope it's just a phase and soon she will go back to going to bed with no problems. @jboogie

I hope so too for your sake and sanity. Good luck! I gave in to co sleeping on my last baby. She is 17 months now. I'm too old to fight the battle. Lol
