it's a course of food

like healthy food I lost the paper work

in fl..you have to call the WIC office make an appointment .Once you go in that day they will give you a card like a credit card and it will be activated by the time you leave appt.You will watch a video.take a mini class on breast feeding.It lasted about 1 hr

I have my wic card but they said it is a food course or something like that

I just did it today and you have to go in. I'm in tx

I dont know about where you live, but here you have to go in to the actual office to do wic, you cant do it online
