What Do You Take For Your Cramps?

Advil. If they're horrible I take 3-4 pills. I only take it once in a while. It's bad for your liver to take that much regularly.

I just take the regular kind. The medication in Advil is ibuprofen, so anything with ibuprofen will do--Motrin, generic ibuprofen and Advil are all the same stuff. A hospital strength ibuprofen is equal to 4 over the counter pills, which is why I suggested occasionally taking 4 pills if the pain is really bad. Hope you feel better!

Ease capsules. They are made from plants and a shellfish so I don't worry about dosages or mixing meds or anything. It also comes in a cream.

I've always just taken Advil, the gel kind personally I think works better than the regular. but for me, it has to be Advil. not ibuprofen or Motrin or anything. it never works the same for me for some reason but I swear by Advil lmao it's strange cause they're all basically the same
