I hate having to wake my baby up to feed. He looks so content and peaceful all passed out. It also sucks because even though I change him and undress him he's still so sleepy while nursing and just falls asleep on the boob. But I guess it's a good problem to have that he's such a good sleeper! 😊💙💤

I wouldn't wake him up unless he's underweight girl! otherwise your just training him to do that for a long time....babies will not starve themselves and will Def wake up during the night if they are hungry. enjoy the sleep during the night! :)

don't wake up unless he's underweight. his body will wake him when he needs to eat hun.

@mdomke22, @madismommy @ssdj4 unfortunately he is underweight he lost quite a bit after birth and is not even back up to birth weight yet. He's 2 weeks, doc says to feed him every 2-3 hours. Hopefully next check up he'll be back on track and I won't have to wake him anymore

That's incredible that he's such a heavy sleeper! Hopefully he keeps it up!! As a newborn Ronin would cluster feed for 3-4 hours every night and then wake up every 2 hours to nurse, and he barely napped during the day. It drove me nuts because I thought newborns were supposed to sleep like 16hrs a day! Nope! Not mine!! He had FOMO, I guess. At 5 months he still usually wakes up every 2-3 hours to nurse, but thankfully he usually takes 2 naps now.
