One of the ways I looked up to induce labor was spicy foods. My question is if you've had heartburn most of your pregnancy is it a good idea to try something spicy??🤔🤔

I ate super spicy food my entire pregnancy and he ended up coming two days after my due date. So I'm not sure it will work to help induce labor :(

everything gave me heartburn BUT spicy foods! I ate so much spice and it didn't induce me at all.

I have horrible heartburn I really can't tell a difference from spicy food to any other food

Eh, I wouldn't, honestly it probably wouldn't even work to induce you and you would end up with absolutely god awful heartburn.
