i had the same worries. but i was pleasantly surprised by how many things just come with instinct. if i wasn't sure about something i would ask someone who's opinion i valued and trusted and either take their advice or follow my gut and do something else. at that has kept me with a happy healthy baby for the past 3 1/2 months ☺️
