It's a BIG difference. All star cheerleading is strictly competitive where you go to competitions and you compete against other teams for a trophy a title that states your the best in your division. Football cheer, is like a supportive team. You are cheering on your team for the win. I did all star competitive cheer and school cheer as well. But there is a difference most def.
