Heartburn is going to be the death of me 😩 I get it whenever I eat and it feel like it's burning the tubes inside me (if that makes sense lol) anf I am always sick!! as soon as I go to bed it strikes again...told my midwife on Wednesday and she just said take gaviscon but that doesn't help at all so going to mention it to her again on Wednesday when I go back for my bp and urine checks and hopefully she can recommend something that actually works 🙏🏼

Try refreshers the circle multi colour sweets (not the yellow chew bar ones ) they work for my heart burn . They have bicarbonate soda in them cx
Rennies don't same to shake it either @babycakes88 I've tried spearmint & the peppermint ones! I find if I have a drink of milk that calms it down sometimes xx
I take rennies the spearmint ones and they help me I get it really bad too I hate it wake up in the night feeling like a dragon

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls.
