i put my almost 1 year old in crib..hes tired but will not sleep...hes just crying and staring at…

i put my almost 1 year old in crib..hes tired but will not sleep...hes just crying and staring at me....he needs to relax...i was trying to put him to sleep but all he does is want to play and cry..whine..kick and be all over the place. ..and im in pain right now so im sorry little boy in the crib you go..also im having irregular contractions..i feel bad but .....what woukd you guys do???
