Well that's not "your milk". It's colostrum and pretty much everyone has it, just not everyone leaks. Some women never leak and colostrum. So basically there's no timeframe of when you will leak it, since everyone isn't the same @milam0926
Yeah as PP said. But when I did start to leak colostrum I was about 20 weeks, but some don't. True milk didn't come in until 2 days after baby was born.

I never leaked and my milk started coming in about day 2/3
