Hey moms, question. I'm trying to decide on using reusable nursing pads vs disposable nursing pads. How often, on average do you think you change out the pads?

the reusable ones are nice and soft. the disposable I sometimes felt were basically paper towels. not as comfortable on sore nipples. and you will only leak for the first few weeks. maybe a month at most. hopefully that helps your decision.

I changed mine every two houra, they got so soaked. I tried reusable but I leaked thru all the time.
