the reusable ones are nice and soft. the disposable I sometimes felt were basically paper towels. not as comfortable on sore nipples. and you will only leak for the first few weeks. maybe a month at most. hopefully that helps your decision.

I changed mine every two houra, they got so soaked. I tried reusable but I leaked thru all the time.
