so I spoke too soon about the sickness today has been awful....I've been throwing up and some all I can eat is vegetable and fruit I'm not feeling this and I'm starting to dislike my bf for all of this lol

So about 3 weeks ago I had a miscarriage... I haven't posted about it as it's been a crappy few weeks and been getting my head around it all.. well today I've been having clear mucus when I wipe (tmi sorry). It's been happening the past few days, I've been tired, appetite has been up and down, bloated etc.. I know the right thing to do is take a test but how long after a miscarriage is it possible to be pregnant? I'm not sure whether it's just ovulation that could be happening.. I'm so confused😩
I been coughing all day.. which means I been peeing on my self all day!! I'm scared I'm going to get sick.. I never got the flu shot!
Apples were a life saver the first trimester. I hope you get feeling better soon.
