So i just got a letter saying the i am not eligible for FMLA bc i dont have a year with the company (i have 10 months) WTF does this mean? Im due in 4 freaking weeks. Am I gonna lose my job!? Totally freaking out 😩

Do Sedgwick it's a short term disability... that's what I'm using for mine... I have only been at my job for 2 months... and I'm going to get 6 to 8 weeks depending how I deliver...and paid 80% of what normally make...@rmarte,
they can't fire you because your pregnant that's would be discrimination. at least In ga Im pretty sure they can't. I don't know about the FMLA

For FMLA you typically do have to be with the company for a year. You'll have to work with your manager & HR to see what time off you can get.
I thought you couldn't get denied maternity leave and they definitely can't fire you over that.
