Oh that's awesome ! I'm glad you have a plan. I was totally trying to have one but it went out the window because I had no idea prodromal labor was a thing😩. I wound up having to get pitocin but I got it after my epidural so I didn't feel anything too bad thank god. 🙏🏻. I hope your boy comes out fast !!! I also had a full blown panic attack while getting my epi it was not fun. Wish I would've known if I had other options I probably would have tried something else first

I hope so @bria I don't plan to but it all depends. We may be able to skip the pitocin and just break my water if I'm at least 3cm when i go in. If i do need pitocin, I'm going to let contractions start and then try to stop the pitocin and see if contractions continue on their own. If i need pitocin the whole time, i may take the epi depending on how intense the contractions are. However my hospital offers laughing gas so i will try that first before the epi
