Usually a nipple ointment with Aloe vera in it helps, something medicated but not too strong especially if your breast feeding.

Lanisoh or Earth Mama Angel Baby nipple balm. Unfortunately it's normal for your nipples to get chapped when you start breastfeeding. A nipple shield might help you as well

@ciraclesmiracle, @chereteamone I'm not breastfeeding at all .. so I'm guessing it's normal for them to flake even if you aren't . Thank you ladies ! I'm definitely going to try one or two of those products instead of pealing the skin off with tweezers 😐

@cambrialatrece97, yeah, it sounds like hormones. Nipple cream should help. Maybe even Neosporin or coconut oil. And don't tweeze the skin flakes!! Let it heal!!
