Do you clean your baby's tongue? My daughter has some whites on her tongue. Probably this is from milk. And I don't know whether should I clean it.

Could just be your milk that is really fat and makes her tongue white. Happened to me too xx

The tongue is self cleansing Hun it could be a little thrush but just unless it doesn't get better I'd just leave it xx
