might be some early contractions start timing them but honestly when it's really go time the are rhythmic and intense... and they will start at the top of your stomach and move down

@sparklymama, yes I have but they are intense and come with back pain. They come often.

contractions are like a roller coaster. they get really intense then ease. BH are consistant pain

have you felt these before?

Contractions HURT. I was afraid I wouldn't know the difference because I got BH all the time. But when I was in actual labor there was mo mistaking.
