Just a quick questions about tax season. I had my daughter in september shes only gonna be about 5 months when i file. Do i still get the unearned income even though she was just born the year prior?

@paightonsmommy, yes, youll get to claim baby next tax season... i had my son dec 9 2007 and still was able to claim him for the 2007 tax year

It depends on where you live. In North Carolina you can't do that.
