can I be pregnant with my tubs tied and have a menstrual cycle too cuz I still crave foods and my breast are still getting bigger.. or am I having a miscarriage ..,

I've heard people can get pregnant with their tubes tied so I'd take a test and see for sure

I did and it said yea and all but when I go see my doctor they say not and all but my lips are getting bigger and I am craving foods that I don't like
