they don't have to hurt, it happened to me earlier in my pregnancy too & I went to the hospital & they did a test & didn't find any trace of hemmroids, or any blood, but they said it was probably internal , if it stopped and you don't bleed while u aren't pooping, then you're okay :)

@nicemmcha2015, what do they feel like? I wasn't in pain or anything

probably hemorrhoids
