Has anyone else suffered with real bad back pain since giving birth? I thought back ache would disappear straight after giving birth 😪

I didn't have an epidural with Morgan. I have heard links between back pain & epidural which is why I didn't want one. Ended up having one with Max though lol

Did you have a epidural? I did and went too the doctors because I kept having backache and the doctor said the it's because of the epidural I had and back pain can last upto 6 months xx

Yeh after having Morgan my backs never been the same. It's not constant thankfully. I'll have it for a few days or a week then it's fine again for a bit.
