I feel like my supply has completely decreased. It makes me sad because my goal was to breastfeed the first 3 months and keep increasing my goal as time progressed but I have a feeling my breast feeding is close to the end. At least I can say I tried it and enjoyed it while it did last if it comes down to it. I can say I am thankful for that. ❤

If you want to try and bring your supply back up there are definitely things you can do. I don't want to force it on you if you're ready to let nature take its course, but I'm happy to give you some info.
