Not sure how I should feel right now....My ex wanted to spend Siah's first Thanksgiving with him but it wouldn't make any sense for me to drive all the way out there (he stays about 45 minutes away) just to drop Siah off at his parents house and then for me to drive 45 minutes back, then I'd have to drive 46 minutes again to go pick him up....all because I'm not welcome in his parents house. I feel bad because my goal isn't to keep my child from his father and I hate he has to miss out on his first Thanksgiving but I don't feel comfortable leaving my child somewhere that I'm not welcome at and all that driving would be too much on me

kind of reminds me of my situation but mines a little different. my sister doesn't want anything else to do with me.. from what she says... and she's so called 'done' with me. that's fine but if that's how she feels, I don't understand how she thinks she can be around my daughter. we come as a package deal!!
