Yep. My boys have the same thing at times. Their pediatrician said when it happens to use Dove sensitive skin soap to wash their face & put hydrocortisone on it at least 2 times a day. It clears up in about 2-3 days doing that.

Eczema maybe? Give her an oatmeal bath or breastmilk bath if you can
