letting my baby girl cry it out to fall asleep it breaks my heart but its working

self soothing was hard for me but it helps alot 😊

Just make sure you check on her if she cries for longer than 15 minutes. She may need a comfort then try again.

how old is your baby mine is 3 months do I let her cry that long because I was told 3 to 5 minutes

she's 7 months will be 8 months at the end of the month
