Is it bad to get a 3D n 4D ultrasound?!

I have a 3D every two weeks because I'm high risk.. I'm perfectly fine and so is my daughter. I know some people say too many ultrasounds are bad but my maternal and fetal medicine specialist doesn't blink an eye lol

My doctor says she wouldn't recommended... But I really want to do it. I mean other ppl do! @ssdj4

I get 3d ultrasound all the time cause I'm high risk as well. it doesn't harm the baby.

I just don't see why you would unless it is necessary. It isn't good to get too many, but in high risk cases there are more benefits than risk. If it is not necessary for you then I wouldn't do it...

It isn't that there is "no risk" but when there are potential problems then obviously they are gonna do them. It would be more risky NOT to in that situation.

Yup. I am extremely high risk for preterm...again. So I have to. But like I said I'm fine! Aside from cramping from the internal it's more good than bad

i do ultrasound sound every week because am high risk. i dont think its a problem

My clinic does them every time I go since I found out I was prego plus same clinic with my older 2 & they are completely fine.!

I used to get one once a week and it's fine.
