Contractions every 7 mins ! Still no change tho . Still 3 cm and 50 % effaced . At the hospital. How can I speed this along ?? I don't wanna go home help please !!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yeah try to move around. When I was like 36 weeks I started having contractions every 2 min and for a moment I fell asleep and they went away . I had to go back home but good because it was still early
