Anyone sweating as you lay in bed what the signs does it mean anything I feel really warm and I sweat and no I don't have a tempature

Sweating I have NEVER sweat so much in my life more than I do now. Literally just laying on the bed and I have to get into shorts and strip down because I’m sweating.
