I would say tucks were the best and helped the most. the dermoplast worked to and the water spray bottle. I never wore those pad underwear. I just wore regular pads
The ice pads, mesh undies, and spray bottle for peeing yes!!! Those were life savers. The dermoplast burned like a bitchhhhh never again will I use it. And the sidz bath was heaven!!
lol I was new to all of this. honestly the pain is absolutely horrible for a few weeks after birth. then again I had half of my cervix sectioned off. had to be cut from hole to hole. so my recovery lasted forever. but these items made things so much better for a whike
@shellbell0391, it is very awful. people think pregnancy is painful but they haven't felt nothing yet. lol I ripped to my butt hole, it was second degree tearing & my urethra tore & I have a dividing wall in my vagina that she ripped through.

DermoPlast felt like it was burning me. No relief at all. But that peri bottle (squirt bottle) is everything

Peri bottle, witch hazel pads, and the mesh underpants were life savers. It was still awful but they made it slightly less awful lol
