My back is killing me. Mostly by my shoulder blades. Is that a sign of labor?

I've had shoulder blade pain since the 17 week mark and my specialist said it's normal because all the ligaments are stretching

i would think it would be by ur lower back

It is cramping in the lower back and upper back just sore like I lifted too much

is it like a cramp in your back?
