I've had BH 5 hours in a row... horrible horrible horrible! You could be having contractions. Drink more water and you may find some relief. BH aren't supposed to hurt just squeezing. Contractions hurt

I always get them around the same time at night so I figured they aren't contractions, it's only the top half of my stomach that cramps. but after a while it's just so sore. I have an appointment next week so I'm going to ask then, just didn't know if I should be concerned lol @princessmama

Nah I think your fine, no bleeding or water leakage usually is just a normal pregnancy pain lol. Heat helps tho!

try to drink more water sometimes they can come from dehydration
