My breast are rock hard, they are leaking milk but when I use the breast pump my milk takes forever to come out. Any advice or explanation as to why this is happening??

Try hand expressing, sometimes it's more effective than pumping depending on what kind of pump you have

@latinamami, yes massage them and try putting warm towels on them.. it helps a lot

if you can get a medela I recommend that it will help so much more but massaging them will help with the let down.

are you massaging them before you pump and what kinda breast pump are you using?

It could just be your breast pump period. Try massaging for a few minutes before & while pumping if possible, that may help.
