time ever haha). I went for a very short walk after 3 weeks. I know how you feel- it's very uncomfortable:(

@martinaa, it's awful isn't it can't even lye flat in bed or even fit up I've got to rely on my partner to do pretty much everything feel 100% useless..

I was in pain for 3 weeks( was on painkillers as well). now I'm 5 weeks after c section and is getting better. still numb but no pain! ;) my first 2 weeks so terrible . I couldn't even walk without a help. couldn't straight myself:( you will be fine love x take painkillers as long as you need. don't do too much.

@deeyx, thank you so much for your comment it's only been 5 days so it's still early days.. just sick of it every time I move it hurts or. sit my baby on top of my belly it hurts I can't get comfortable at all in bed I've propped myself up with pillows to stop the pain..
