I had like period pain ( very little cramps) for 5 days but... I wasn't bleeding. was just few spots of blood (sorry) every day. I'm 8 week pp.

how you storage milk hipp organic in cartons when you going out?
until now I was taking cartons, hot water and bottles with me. when was time for feed I was putting whole cartons of milk to bottle-200ml ; and after baby eat (around half ) I was throwing away the rest of the milk (I'm loosing so much)( I was told I can keep milk just one 1h in the bottle)
shall I prepare (some how) milk at home?
