We used to have sex to jump start my period 😬 sometimes it would be a day late and we'd have sex and suddenly it would start. I don't know why. But it seemed to work that way and would put my mind at ease when it did start. It also helped with my cramps. I don't have a particularly heavy flow so it wasn't too messy either. It kinda didn't really make much of a difference for us.
