Ok so I thawed some fish earlier by putting it in warm water but as soon as it was done thawing I put it back in the freezer because I decided I no longer wanted it woypd it be ok for me to still unthaw it again and eat it?

No. Once thawed out, shouldn't be frozen again. If it's individually wrapped, put it in the fridge for tomorrow
no once something is thawed it should not be re frozen.
