I'm having severe sciatica pain does anything help with it?

I had that problem last pregnancy 😩 I think you just have to work through the pain.

Yeah I had it temporarily on and off. Maybe mention it to your doctor at your next appointment. I can't remember if I did anything for it, last time I was pregnant was almost four years ago 😅

A heating pad on your butt helps temporarily.

Oh yeah, sadly! I remember that I would be working when it would be the worst and having to walk around was pure torture.
