Today didn't go as planned. Slept most of the afternoon. But I must say I work for a great company and I work with a great group of people. They are amazing and I am very appreciative of the gifts they have given to me for baby Nolan. Feels good to feel like I have a work family! I'm thankful for that! I went to eat Olive Garden this evening to get out the house for once and it was great. Good to eat something different and just be out the house for once. Didn't bother me to eat alone. Nolan ate really good though. Now I'm doing some work before I call it a night with this heartburn. Today ended well! I'm so thankful to God for that!

Angry Uncomfortable post. I woke up this morning to get ready for work and there was a tinge of red in my cm. I'm so worried. I took the day off and I'll be going to my doctor today to get looked at. She told me there was a pocket of implantation blood around the gestational sac that might come out eventually, and I'm really hoping that's what it is, but I expected brown not red. It was only there once and it seems to have stopped now but I can't be sure. Wish me luck today. I saw my lo and the hb less than a week ago. I need this baby to be ok. Do you have to eat good in order to breastfeed? My MiL always asks if I'm eating good and I tell her yea just because I don't want to argue with her (I only eat like once or twice if I'm lucky a day) but I mean, there are women in third world countries who breastfeed and I'm sure they rarely eat themselves too. She always says that if I don't eat proper meals throughout the day my milk will 'dry up' is this true??
