Uncomfortable post. I woke up this morning to get ready for work and there was a tinge of red in my cm. I'm so worried. I took the day off and I'll be going to my doctor today to get looked at. She told me there was a pocket of implantation blood around the gestational sac that might come out eventually, and I'm really hoping that's what it is, but I expected brown not red. Do you have to eat good in order to breastfeed? My MiL always asks if I'm eating good and I tell her yea just because I don't want to argue with her (I only eat like once or twice if I'm lucky a day) but I mean, there are women in third world countries who breastfeed and I'm sure they rarely eat themselves too. She always says that if I don't eat proper meals throughout the day my milk will 'dry up' is this true??

So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

Rolling around the bed sick, Tried watermelon but it didn't work, it did while I was eating it but once I stopped the sick feeling was there waiting. :(
