I took my baby temperatue 5 times in a row and it kept saying 99.6 or 99.7 or 99.9? is my thermometer broken?

99 is still an okay temp. At least that's what my pediatrician said. Anything over 100.4 I was told to call.

That's such a small difference. The tenth of the degree doesn't matter so much. And that's a very low grade fever. She may just run warm, she may have too many clothes on or she may have a low fever from teething. If the temperature keeps rising, call the doctors but most likely she isn't ill.
