I'm trying to find a good schedule for my almost 3 month old but idk what's "average".

my son woke up 7-8 nap 12-1 wake up 2-3 bedtime 730-9pm

my son and step son wake up around 7am. I give them lunch at 1230 then let them watch cartoons till 1 then I turn it off and they fall asleep till my oldest step son come home between 245-3.

my daughter is 1 and has 1 nap a day at 12 sleeps till 2:30-3 then bed at 7:30
