if I'm havin contractions could they make me nauseous? been havin them all day but spread out but now my belly is so nauseous and I feel like I need to throw up

I just threw up a good bit not sure if it's labor though. my contractions are in my back but then again I'm losing plug. I don't wanna go to the hospital but then again It hurts everywhere
I have contractions daily! They feel like cramping and makes me nauseous but won't puke. Also feels tight in my pelvis!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
