I just threw up a good bit not sure if it's labor though. my contractions are in my back but then again I'm losing plug. I don't wanna go to the hospital but then again It hurts everywhere

I have contractions daily! They feel like cramping and makes me nauseous but won't puke. Also feels tight in my pelvis!
