@anap1012, oh yah, I used to get real tight and a little crampy after orgasm (before the 3rd trimester lol)......our frequent sex still hasn't dilated me yet tho! My cervix is real soft though.....maybe an orgasm would help! I dunno!

It's okay! Oh girl I raaaarely have an orgasm while I have sex. Much less when I'm pregnant. It's just normal for me. I don't think it's necessary for you to have an orgasm to make yourself go into labor. But it's total normal to feel some contractions afterwards @novbabygirl

@anap1012, hate to be nosey....but did you orgasm? My husband and I have sex a lot, but it's been difficult for me to "finish" in the third trimester....wondering if it's worth it to work that hard, lol!

It's the sperm that helps. Something inside it helps your cervix soften and efface. It sure as hell helped me. Right after I finished with my husband my water broke and went into labor. @collette1

water hasn't broken and I meant speed up the process for that to happen or make your cervix open some dilate you I guess?

It's different for everyone. Worth a try, but it's not going to be very fun. Though you should not have sex after your water has broken.
