Hello mommies , its the first period after delivery usually bad ? Because I have mine and it's awful 😓

So I just started mine yesterday (8 weeks pp) and I have had no cramps at all and pretty normal bleeding.

It depends if your nursing or not. Everyone is different. I'm breastfeeding so my 1st period was for 3 days only and super light I only needed panty liners lol.
