So I just started mine yesterday (8 weeks pp) and I have had no cramps at all and pretty normal bleeding.

It depends if your nursing or not. Everyone is different. I'm breastfeeding so my 1st period was for 3 days only and super light I only needed panty liners lol.

@meli2890, ohh it's worse then after delivery , I didn't bleed that much and I didn't had any cramps - thanks for your answer ❤️
